I need pedals for my bike, which should I get?

These are great flat pedal option, and these are great option for pedals with toe cages.

Can I assemble my bike at home?

Yes, to assemble your bike all you need is a 4mm & 5mm hex key. However, if you are uncomfortable with bike mechanics, we recommend professional assembly.

Can I return the bike if I don't like it?

No, the bikes are sold as is, but if you have an issue with your order please reach out, we want to ensure you get a quality product!

Can a Touring bike be converted to a road/racing style bike?

Yes! You will need to buy shifters and handlebar. You should work with your local bike shop to make sure the components you buy are compatible.

Can this bike be a "Gravel Bike?"

Sort of. The bike uses rim brakes with a max clearance of 32-35mm wide tire (depending on the rim) Some dirt road should be okay, but not chunky gravel.

When will my order arrive?

We will process orders as quickly as possible but it could be up to a week before we get to your bike. Once we process the order, expect 2-5 business days for delivery.

Can apparel be returned or exchanged?

Yes! However, all items must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt to be considered for refund or exchange. Return postage is paid by purchaser.

NOTE: We cannot process size exchanges, but can process a refund once we receive the item and you are welcome to purchase the size you would like.

Do you ship Internationally?

We do not currently ship outside of the U.S., sorry!

We've found customs fees to be excessive, given the small quantity of items we are selling.
